| Until recently, Portside Marina Inc. has managed for over 30 years the marina facilities at the Intracoastal Marriot Marina Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale located adjacent to Port Everglades. The marina has accommodated some of the world's largest and most exquisite mega-yachts.
Our past portfolio has also included the mega-yacht marinas associated with the famed Pier 66 Hyatt Resort and Bahia Mar, home to the world's largest in-water boat show. These were marina redevelopment efforts that occurred in conjunction with our successful redevelopment of those resort properties.
