It is the first Ritz-Carlton to feature a "Monte Carlo" styled casino, and the first Ritz-Carlton to offer customers a pampering spa - operated under license from Sonoma Therapy Spa Company, the trademark spa facilities and services that Mr. Anderson developed and owns as a result of his involvement in the Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa. Mr. Anderson also introduced the marketing and sales of "The Club" at the Ritz-Carlton San Juan. This exclusive club program has been designed to offer island residents membership at the Ritz and use of private dining, spa and pool/beach facilities.
