Kathryn  Anderson, General Counsel

Kathryn Anderson has held the position of legal counsel for all Anderson companies since 2000.  From 1982 until that time, she was a Partner with the law firm of Holland & Knight, where she co-chaired the Global Hospitality and Resort Team.  Her responsibilities included representation of developers, lenders and owners of hotel, resorts and mixed use projects, as well as complex real estate transactions relating to the acquisition, financing and disposition of completed projects throughout the US, Caribbean and Europe.

Kathryn received her J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law and served as a member of the University of Florida Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of Florida, graduating with high honors, and as a member of honorary societies Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi.

Amanda Anderson, Director, SonomaTherapy
                   
Amanda has been a spa director and consultant for several different properties including the Regent South Beach, Ritz Carlton and PGA National Resort and Spa.  Her expertise lies in creating spa, wellness and in room treatment concepts, programs and protocols, marketing plan, budget, and all pre-opening inventory purchase as well as spa design and operation.
 
Under the Anderson umbrella, she assisted in branding of SonomaTherapy, which is the spa consulting and operations arm of the company.  She was a member of the team that opened the SonomaTherapy Spa in Puerto Rico.
                   
Amanda has studied and is certified in Ayurvedic Practice, Massage Therapy, and Bikram Yoga.  She holds a B.S. from the University of Georgia with an emphasis in Nutrition and Print media.  She is a member of ISPA, NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association), American Massage Therapy Association and The International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Kristine Ellefsen, Vice President

Kristine has been involved in all facets of asset/ property management, real estate, office administration, and customer service.  Her current role is to oversee all of the owned Anderson assets and coordinate the administration of new projects.

Prior to joining the Anderson Companies, she was involved in commercial property management for Trammel Crow Company and American Financial Realty Trust where she managed and leased office and shopping center properties, overseeing tenant improvements and projects as well.  She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson, holds a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA and an ARM designation (Associate in Risk Management) from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.  She graduated from Adelphi University in NY with a BBA in Business Administration.  She is a recent graduate of The Turner School of Construction Management.
